Briquetting Plant Project For Waste Prevention And Recycling

The technology we have developed here in India is to manufacturer biomass briquettes from farming waste or green waste which has been successfully used in thermal power station and other industries. The best project of waste prevention and make them reusable is biomass briquetting plant which is Environment friendly and renewable source of energy.

Energy demand in India is rapidly growing economy and rising population of town India which consumes much more electricity than the rural folks. Thanks to briquetting plant project project of the economy in recent years, India is become third largest global polluter after the U.S and China. For the climate change and energy security, the India government has launched this project and furnishes some of relaxation on purchasing this best recycling and renewable project.

Briquetting Plant Project

All type of waste material is fed into briquetting press machine under large pressure for recycle this waste. After the waste prevention, we can get briquettes which are Eco friendly and economical. Biomass briquettes are used in various industries as well as home for heating the boilers and cooking. Biomass briquetting process does not contain any chemical or binder so it does not create pollution. That’s why it is Eco friendly technology and briquettes are known as ‘White Coal’.

The National Action Plan for Climate Change sets a target for the share of renewable energy based power generation from the current 4% to 15% by 2020. As a result, renewable energy related projects currently benefit from several initiatives:

  1. Accelerated depreciation benefits
  2. Feed-in tariffs, 5 year tax holiday
  3. Generation-based incentive and capital subsidies
  4. Apart from international schemes such as the Clean Development Mechanism.

Briquetting plant manufacturers are making various types of briquetting machines which are used in briquetting process. They have large experience and latest equipment to manufacturer this machinery which is available in the industrial market at reasonable price and with high quality. So this project is proven as the best Recycling and Energy efficient project.

The Production of White Coal From Agriculture Waste

White coal is form of bio fuel produced by agriculture waste or forestry waste. It is differ from charcoal and black coal and produce more heat than green wood. White coal is biomass briquette which replaced fossil fuels such as lignite, coal, gas and so on. It called white coal because it does not create any type of pollution when it’s burning.

The Production of White Coal

Agriculture waste or biomass is gathered and compressed under large pressure into briquette press and then convert into bio fuel which is known as white coal. If raw material size is small then it directly fed into briquetting press machine and if large then it must be crushed into crusher machine. After that it can fed into briquetting machine and then turn into biomass briquette. This whole process is simple and Eco friendly.

Biomass Briquettes

Nowadays White coal is made from

  • Sugarcane Bagasse
  • Forestry leaves; wood chips and shavings
  • Castor seed shells
  • Rice husk and paddy straw
  • Coir dust
  • Wheat straw
  • Mustard waste
  • Bajra cobs
  • Groundnut shells
  • Sunflower waste

Advantages of White Coal

  • White coal is cheaper than firewood and black coal.
  • Moisture content is nil and low ash content in white coal.
  • Biomass briquette press machine have ability to make biomass briquettes with high calorific thermal value in a better way.
  • Briquettes have stable quality, have high burning efficiency, and are ideally sized for complete combustion.
  • There is no chemical in white coal, therefore no toxic gases.
  • The calorific thermal value of fuel briquettes is approximately 3500 to 4000 kcal/kg.

India is becoming a major manufacturer and exporter of white coal. There are large number of briquetting machine manufacturers India who are switching towards the use of bio fuel instead of fossil fuels. White coal manufacturing capacity is coming up in droves in the state of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Rajasthan. The production of white coal using agriculture or forestry waste is most common in North India.
